To keep the event organized and make sure every child has a great experience, please follow these guidelines:

• Arrive at your assigned time.
This helps us manage crowds, keep everything running smoothly, and make sure every family gets the attention they need.

• Children will be escorted by volunteers to choose their toys.
Parents will remain in the waiting area while older children select their gifts with a volunteer’s help.

• Younger children will be escorted with their parents.
If a child is too young to walk through on their own, a parent or guardian may accompany them.

• Please follow volunteer instructions.
Our team is there to help and to make the experience fun and organized for everyone.

• Be respectful of time and space.
We want every family to enjoy this moment. Please help us by staying within your scheduled window and keeping walkways clear.
